I. Program Overview
To promote student exchanges and research collaboration among international research groups and to help international students better understand Soochow University and China, our university will host the Discover Jiangsu - Soochow University Global Future Innovation Research Camp Program. This program supports our faculty in inviting foreign students from collaborating research groups or foreign students interested in applying for doctoral degrees at our university to visit Soochow University for short-term visits. In addition to conducting research in faculty research groups, students can also participate in cultural experiences and practical activities organized by the university.

-Tuition and accommodation fee waiver
-Monthly living allowance 3,000 RMB (for registered BA or Master), 3,500 RMB (for Master graduate or above.)

Ⅳ. Application Requirements
1. Applicants must hold a foreign passport.
2. Applicants must be current undergraduate students at foreign universities, and exceptionally qualified undergraduate or master graduates may also apply. Application field: Materials Science, Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Energy Engineering, Physics, Biology, Architecture, Digital Art,etc.
3. Applicants need to register and submit the application materials on the Soochow University International Student Online Service System: http://iaa.suda.edu.cn/ (Annex.1 – Application Guidance, Annex.2 – Materials Requirement)
4. Applicants should get the acceptance letter signed by the supervisor (Annex.3- Supervisors Information List, Annex.4-Acceptance Letter Template)
* Applicants must apply for this program at least 30 days before the actual beginning date.
